Avantages
This company has open culture and open door policy. They are very flexible with work timings. They provide very good facilities (transport,canteen,festival celebrations)
Inconvénients
If you are into .NET they may put you on Sharepoint. If you into AS400, Java and they dont have projects related to your skillsets, they will give you couple of weeks training and place you as a testing resource. Lot of hiring going on currently (just like any other startup), which increases the risk of HIRE & FIRE once funding is done by some investors.
