      1.No work life balance 2.People are fixed their positions with glue - no matter what - they will never let you grow even if you are skillfull person 3.You need to stretch your time form 9 AM TO 12 PM in the night manytimes - in return they send one so called APPRECIATION MAIL 4.No hike
