Avantages
There are no pros within this company, under the hood its all big scam, Management is very toxic. For instance they have this person thakkar very abusive person talks very rubbish, and company is still tolerating him.
Inconvénients
No support from HR . HR will be absent 100 percent of the time whenever you will need . Managers are there to hunt you, No projects with the company and they have poor salary structure, I will not recommend joining this company to anyone. They also have retention policy which kind of acts as bond only. They hire Fools from other country just to show off they have guys seating onshore but under the hood they do all this to show of and get work done by pawns .
