Avantages
Very positive cultural- People and management are approachable, supportive and very humble. Employee friendly environment & policies. No flashy marketing or glossy image - the company is genuinely good from inside and takes care of the people. Strong domain expertise and presence in the market. Flexible in WFO, hybrid and multi location offices. In Pune 2 office in east & west side of city which make life easy of employees, no need to travel 2 hours from other side of city.
Inconvénients
some processes are still evolving as the company scales. Competition is competitive but yearly revision, correction, promotions could be more aggressive
