      Deep technical coworkers, household name customers. Boutique company so get to work on a range of interesting projects. Lab environment has all the latest tools and products to attack. Generous work from home policy. Frequent company social events. Senior management is accessible and willing to entertain well thought out ideas. Very little bureaucracy. Paid training and conferences. Performance based bonus program.

      Inconvénients

      Peak season can mean a lot of concurrent projects. Offices in NYC and Ireland so must be comfortable with remote-first collaborative work style.

      Avantages

      Growing company directly in the center of NYC's financial security scene. As an intern, there was much to learn and become involved in.

      Inconvénients

      I personally commuted into the city, which really isn't that awful. I also networked the opportunity somewhat last minute, so it was an unpaid internship.
