      You have autonomy over what you do most of the time.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately ownership is directionless and will scope-creep projects until it becomes a critical issue. Benefits are near non-existent and pay is quite below market average. Boats are consistently delayed and production is driven by politics rather than sound decision-making processes.
