Avantages
The guys/gals who work here are awesome, fun, and laid back. Everyone is collaborative, and always taking on new challenges. I'd recommend someone who's just getting into their career to go with this company all the way because they'll challenge you everyday to make sure you and the company grow together. The CTO Steven Amani, is an awesome guy who you can tell genuinely cares about your growth and all facets of technology. He works a few doors down from all the developers so you always pop over to discuss tech, new ideas, or just about anything.
Inconvénients
In the process of growing you, they basically force you to take training to do what they need accomplished. This would not be a problem if they didn't force you to also sign an outstanding "tuition" agreement that could put you in the hole thousands of dollars if you grow enough to move on within 5 years of your training course. I've witnessed someone racked up around 15k in training course fees within the first 2 years. And lastly, No health care benefits.
