Excellent culture filled with driven, productive, and fun employees. We have great leadership and employees that believe in the Purpose, Vision, and Mission of the company so we all are aligned. We get a lot done here and have fun doing it. I enjoy coming to work every day and do not view it as drudgery. The work we do varies and the clients we interact with vary so there is a good mix of client types of a good mix of being inside the office designing and outside the office visiting sites and interacting with clients.

This is not a con to me, but may be to some people. We hold people accountable. If you do not uphold and exemplify our core values then you are asked to not work here anymore. We give lots of opportunities for people to improve and we give good constructive criticism and feedback but if no improvement in employee behavior is made over time then we part ways.

The culture at Choice One is second to none. It’s a work hard, play hard atmosphere and it’s very rewarding to be a part of this team. The flat structure really eliminates any micromanagement and allows you to have ownership over your work.

Work from home policy is limited, but it is still flexible.
