become more social, 5k tuition reimbursement, free lunch on shift, If you show competence, quite easy to go further up the ladder up to gm, but any higher is based of luck or favoritism. may be able to take college courses for college credit through chipotle for free depending on managment level

Inconvénients

understaff, sometimes have to do multiple positions at once, District management and up only care about meeting sometimes unrealistic expectations or goals

Avantages

Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

Inconvénients

Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
