      It is convenient and better for workplace and environment.

      Inconvénients

      The engineering of each part or the level of understanding of fabrication varies too much. And product engineers and quality engineers also understand less about products in the process and depend much on each process engineer.

      Avantages

      1. Bounce are pretty good compare to other company in south Taiwan. 2. Managements are nice and easy to communicate. 3. Friendly working environment. 4. Meal provided with cheap price. 5. Provide good training classes to employees.

      Inconvénients

      1. Devision VP voice are like order of crown, can never have a second thought of your own. No respect to professionals. 2. No overtime pay. 3. Operator's benefit is better than engineers.
