Avantages

Good pay, GREAT medical insurance company pays full premium for all the family low deductible company has always had great health insurance would have never left but moved out of area. worked there for 8 years Co-workers all friendly like a family environment. Owner is an extremely intelligent man.

Inconvénients

Need more restrooms for the men

Excellent health benefits. Very pro-family. Very understanding if an employee has an issue at home or a health issue, etc., that needs addressed. You do not have to worry about your job still being there.

Inconvénients

I've personally never experienced anything.

Avantages

Awesome opportunities abound. I am a long term employee. If you work hard you will make lots of money. If you are a lazy person you will not succeed. We've had 100% company paid health care way before Obama. Great benefits. We are taken care of like family.

Inconvénients

Aggressive company. Fast moving. Not a good fit for everyone. If you are not a go-getter then this is not the place for you.
