Review of company - Avis employé Team Leader Childbase Partnership

Having been in the company for 7 years now, I can say with confidence that I have had continued support throughout my apprenticeship, my time as an early years educator and then my transition into my management role. Throughout my time at Childbase I have had the opportunity to have additional training in all area's, from first aid to SEN to brilliant babies. This has helped me to have knowledge in all areas of ages/areas of development for children aged 6 weeks-4years. As stated the support from higher management and head office has been outstanding, they are able to advise outside support for mental health as well as regular catch up and meetings, alongside our benefit system too. Childbase offer a range of benefits for their colleagues such as Reward Days, eyecare vouchers, dividend payment and much more. Over the years this has helped me plan for my future as well allowing me to treat myself from time to time. Overall I would recommend Childbase to anyone who is wanting to start their career in early years education.
