hiring process is a joke. Seems like they will interview whoever for whatever position and then offer other positions while youre in the interview process. Management is a joke. All office in bonita and mission valley play favorites so if youre looking to get promoted by the work and effort you put in, its not going to happen. its all about who you know. Training is very unorganized and isn't taught by management or professionals. its whoever is available that day. was very uncomfortable with working with people who were uneducated, unprofessional and not caring when it comes to their job. they have so much turnover and its because of the way they do things. company sucks to work with. by far the worse job I have ever had. not only because the hours, workload and low pay but they expect you to learn so much by a company that offers so little. this company is a joke.
