      Avantages

      The company has "remote first" policy so, I can freely decide if I want to work from the office or from home. I have the freedom to build my days and schedules myself, I love the trust and freedom. We have great team spirit and I love the transparent communication. My colleagues have become my friends and we have great time working together.

      Inconvénients

      I don't have any. If there has been an issue we have always talked about it and found solution. I feel free to give feedback to my superiors, and I feel heard.

      Culture of learning, Generally kind people, A limited workload that is manageable

      Inconvénients

      You will never know if you are safe or not, they prefer to be nice to the point they don’t engage you that you are on the wire. Salary somewhat low
