      Avantages

      Good benefits including medical insurance and paid time off.

      Inconvénients

      As with any government entity, simple tasks are slow and bureaucratic. There is always a shortage of staff which puts more on everyone else to do. Pay is terrible and because of this the morale suffers.

      Cherokee Nation cares about culture, ensuring you have time with your family, and providing great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      There are some programs that are extremely strict on attendance. Pay is not comparable to private sectors.
