no pros, very difficult to work, good for one year of experience only

overtime, favouritism, no quality, management was bad

Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss. The Directors are clueless about the work the lab staff do and can't give any support or help. The MD has ruined this company and has 3 or 4 favourites who are untouchable and can get away with anything they want. Very low H&S standards across all areas, poor quality in the labs - I'm glad I'm out
