      Avantages

      It was rewarding to comfort patients and the family members. I learned a lot about Educating in pain management and managing symptoms for people suffering with terminal disease.

      Inconvénients

      Little support available for field Nurses. Nurses expected to make Medical decisions as often MD cannot be reached when called from visit while in patients home. Corporation seems unaware of challenges related to providing empathetic care to terminal patients as financial cuts and increased productivity requirements make it impossible to provide good care

      Avantages

      Modern and clean environment where all employees are well respected. Hours are doable, extra hours available. Managers are accesible and fair.

      Inconvénients

      The atmosphere is a bit stoic. People are there to do their jobs, and not to be your friend. So they are very efficient, yet a bit aloof.
