      Avantages

      Hybrid schedule allows for a better work life balance. Lots of opportunities to be creative and innovative. There are some great managers here but it depends on the department. You can tell which ones lack strong leadership.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of changes and restructuring happening within the organization. Tenured employees are leaving because of this and some positions are not being backfilled or have remained vacant for a long time. This creates a burden for those remaining because we have to take on the additional workload.

      Paid parking garage, office beside 405, snacks on site

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, short deadlines, very frequent turnover, no consistency in goals, processes, or deadlines, poor internal communication that leads to stressed out coworkers, toxic work environment due to the fact we probably won’t bonus this year and everyone is afraid they’ll walk in one day and be fired, get a good sales territory and you’re fine but if you get a slow industry you’re on the chopping block, leadership talks about give and take but seems to only be taking time from our work life balance and our mental health but not giving us any benefits or anything in return, adding useless layers of management when we can’t even keep 3 sales directors within 18 months, living version of the movie Office Space
