      Avantages

      The only remaining bright spot at ChemPoint is the handful of long-tenured employees who continue to show dedication and professionalism despite the company’s decline. Unfortunately, leadership decisions over the past few years have eroded morale, transparency, and trust, making it a difficult environment for growth or long-term engagement.

      Inconvénients

      A one-time leader in the chemical industry, ChemPoint has been surpassed by former employee's startups and competitors. The value in the company has dwindled to a list of customers only. No real value in the people remaining, as if AND THAT IS A BIG IF they ever get a buyer, they will be buying the information only and leave the employees behind.

      Paid parking garage, office beside 405, snacks on site

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, short deadlines, very frequent turnover, no consistency in goals, processes, or deadlines, poor internal communication that leads to stressed out coworkers, toxic work environment due to the fact we probably won’t bonus this year and everyone is afraid they’ll walk in one day and be fired, get a good sales territory and you’re fine but if you get a slow industry you’re on the chopping block, leadership talks about give and take but seems to only be taking time from our work life balance and our mental health but not giving us any benefits or anything in return, adding useless layers of management when we can’t even keep 3 sales directors within 18 months, living version of the movie Office Space
