      The Mauritius office truly stands out for its exceptional culture. It encourages openness, values feedback from everyone, and offers many ways to share it. It’s a people-first environment where we’re constantly learning and evolving.

      Inconvénients

      Not a con per se, but more of an advice for potential new colleagues: this is a very dynamic workplace where things change quickly. You’ll need to keep up with the pace and invest in your own development. Don’t expect to be spoon-fed — take ownership of your growth.

      Good salary, thats about it

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
