Great bonuses, but terrible management and training - Avis employé Assistant Manager CheckSmart

My manager at the Vandyke ,Warren location was awful as far as training and the atmosphere. The general manager didn't trained me properly and her attitude was disgusting. She didn't give me any personal hands on training. When a new girl arrived she helped her with everything and she was friendly. I had to quit because of my anxiety working with her. It was the worse job I have ever had.
