Company is not aggressive in developing tech.

All of us feel the same way management. Same disgust and hate!!

Management doesn't trust employees so we were micromanaged like we we're gonna do something terrible! They also fear that employees will lie over something, but the only people who're lying is them! They lie about our salary, our benefits, and our workload!
