      Challenging, company growth, positive changes in HR

      Inconvénients

      Bullying and blame is encouraged. Excessive overtime expected, raises are rare and low, little opportnity to move up, top management is aggressive, abrasive, disrespectful.

      Avantages

      Chaney is very fast-paced with lots of opportunity, making it a stimulating work environment for people who like to overachieve, work hard and celebrate successes.

      Inconvénients

      The location is about an hour from Milwaukee, Madison and NW Suburbs of Chicago, making it a bit of a commute, but the company is very flexible and family-oriented, often allowing employees to work from home.

      Problems Like any other place, but not a bad place to work

      Inconvénients

      Lots of leadership turnover made things feel chaotic at times Rarely get raises even for cost of living
