Company turns good numbers and has lot of work built up, so there would be presumably be good job security for the right person.
Inconvénients
There's no training and essentially no clear divisions between positions except among the people who have been working there for years filling critical functions (such as finance). Also, the owner complains about his employees in a hateful way behind their backs and states that he wants to fire them. At the time I was working there, they were serial hiring.
