There is a lack of communication and teamwork. Management is strict on basic things like you can't speak to people next to you even when you're not busy, you need to ask for permission to use the rest room and so on. Very restricted on what you can do.
Also, there is a lack of respect towards employers. Employees' needs aren't considered a priotity.
