Horrific place to work - Avis employé Patient Care Coordinator CentreSpring MD

No one Is happy here. Very evident that Most employees are miserable Working here. Also the amount of complaints that patients have is ridiculous. There is always someone not happy with the service yet they are paying a ridiculous price to sit in the office and wait for hours. Never felt appreciated and nothing was ever good enough for the managers. The turnover rate for PCC’s is extremely high but they don’t do anything to prevent it from happening. You aren’t paid well and are overworked. I instantly felt relief once I left.
