Avantages
Excellent benefits, salary. Warm, friendly, supportive colleagues.
Inconvénients
Unstable, chaotic, unrealistic expectations. Going to work on a daily basis is like going to combat. It's impossible to get anything done because you are so busy putting out fires. Everyone's mental and physical health is at risk because it is so stressful. Management seems to be having a difficult time trying to but realistic systems/structure in place thus adding to the instability.
