      Avantages

      Lots of assays to gain experience in with a high scientist PhD to lab tech ratio

      Inconvénients

      Ownership and upper management/ HR seemed very out of touch with lab technicians and lab staff and their work. Annual performance review happened 1-2 months after first full year working. Took 14 months for first promotion. Very little opportunities for overtime pay, after leaving company on good terms very very little severance.
