      Advancement/growth opportunities Company culture. Cooperative work enviornment. Flexible schedule. Management is willing to work with you on time off, doctor's appointments, etc., (Just give them some notice) Pay is great Employee-focused company. Upper management listens to employee's concerns and tries Inclusivity

      Inconvénients

      Benefits package. It's a small company so they don't have all the resources of a large company and can't offer everything that a large corporation could.

      Avantages

      Supportive management, open to questions at any time. The job is easy to learn within a few weeks, and training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

      Inconvénients

      The work can be repetitive—something that may suit some people but not others. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

      Good entry level opportunity to get your foot in the door for IT

      Inconvénients

      If there aren’t any computers you will not work. During winter when the kids are out of school or summer, it is hard for them to have work for you to do, so they might tell you to stay home with no pay.
