Avantages
My manager is a valuable resource, guiding me to set and reach goals. Their support is essential to my growth. The co-founders are approachable and make time for our team, fostering an open, transparent culture. There's a strong culture of communication; feedback is encouraged and respected. I'm trusted to own my work without micromanagement. Increasing responsibilities each year have led to my biggest successes.
Inconvénients
I am a remote worker, and it has been challenging to get to know everyone on the team and visit the office headquarters. The time zone difference also affects things but is not a major disadvantage.
