      Avantages

      Free parking...close to the airport. Close to 101 & 280. Unfortunately, it's hard to think of positive things directly related to working there.

      Inconvénients

      The company has changed ownership recently and has a new CEO. It is undergoing significant change, significant layoffs (including of elderly and pregnant employees--ironic for a family-oriented company). Leadership is unstable, at best, and is very focused on current balance sheets and making them look good. They do not seem to be invested in the long-term health of the company. Business has been flat, so employees are stressed, unhappy, and wondering how much longer they will have a job. Morale is very low.

      Avantages

      The people there are great and the work is meaningful.

      Inconvénients

      It can get pretty competitive with the competition to the point where it can feel cutthroat.

      Avantages

      I believe in the product they sell and that's about it.

      Inconvénients

      The sales structure is horrible. No visability on leads or sales tracking. Had huge layoffs recently. Also the quotas and commission structures are set up very unfairly. You don't make much money on commission checks. Also they like to overwork their employees by having a goal of 85+ dials every day while also managing inbound calls and chats. Would not reccomend.
