Very unhappy customers who bought the product on false promises. The CEO has no focus on fixing the issues but keeps putting band-aid solutions in place and lying about how good the product is. Everyone works hard but with no clear direction. Employees are afraid to speak up because they will get fired for providing any suggestions for improvements. The morale is low and the CEO has no desire to make things better, but lives in her own bubble. Employees are put into roles they have no experience in doing but they can’t say no, and it is creating an inefficient business and frustrations. This is an ongoing situation and clearly demonstrates the CEO’s inability to run a business or manage people. The company is a disaster that gets worse by the day. Don’t bother working here. You will never get ahead or feel rewarded.
