      Avantages

      Entreprise intelligente et cool qui a un produit vraiment génial

      Inconvénients

      Une croissance extensive est excellente pour Casper, mais en dehors de la haute direction, l'équipe n'est pas suffisamment rémunérée avec très peu de marge de croissance et d'avantages. Ils aiment embaucher à temps partiel et payer peu.

      The WTC office is nice

      Inconvénients

      Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
