      Health insurance package is great, co workers work as a team, you will get a good feel for social work in the mental health field, good supervision by management

      Inconvénients

      low pay, constant turnover, sometimes you feel like a taxi driving consumer's to food banks, doctors appointments, have to obtain certain amount of units each day, office politics
