      Avantages

      There are a lot of great property managers and maintenance staff who care a lot about doing things the right way.

      Inconvénients

      There is a major lack of support from the corporate level in regards to your everyday things and their employees safety. There is also a lot of gossip and drama involved with this company. If you get on the wrong persons bad side, your life becomes a nightmare.

      Avantages

      Great people who work there and very nice and passionate about their work.

      Inconvénients

      Turnover rate is terrible, the pay is not good and below market average. Work-life balance is not encouraged and burnout is common for employees.
