Nice work environment, nice people.

Rather a large firm, can get lost in the shuffle.

The pay is decent and 401k benefits are excellent. The location is good, close to downtown but has its own parking lot so you don't have to pay for parking.

Some of the attorneys are great but a few are difficult and "divas". Odds are you will end up working for one of the difficult attorneys, based on the turnover. Most of the other staff are good people and the other departments are decent.
