      Avantages

      Good benefits. Some really great people work here. Little perks like "pizza day" and "bagel day" help keep it fun. I really believe upper management tries to pay their people fairly. Flexible work schedules. People tend to stay here.

      Inconvénients

      As expected with an engineering firm, it's primarly a male environment.
