Avantages

Pay is fair. Remote work is possible. Some employees are kind hearted and hardworking, putting great effort into improving the work culture.

Inconvénients

Tall hierarchal organizational structure with very low transparency. Upper management is disliked by most but seems to lack awareness. Although lower level managers are very much reasonable, higher-ups such as VPs often tend to have self-important condescending attitudes despite contributing little value. These individuals are often quite out of touch when it comes to subject matter and other elements of operations.

Avantages

The people I worked with were honestly great. Some of the products are genuinely good, which drives authentic belief in the company's mission. Benefits were okay.

Inconvénients

There's a dangerous lack of imagination in leadership, who were seemingly caught unprepared for the end of ESSER funding and the market downturn in 2025. Multiple rounds of layoffs have demoralized staff and led to a lot of uncertainty, which is unlikely to improve.
