      Inconvénients

      Unresponsive management from PA with only minor attempts to reach out, promises of a new location, and then sudden unexpected layoff without a chance to collect personal belongings.

      Avantages

      The people I worked with were honestly great. Some of the products are genuinely good, which drives authentic belief in the company's mission. Benefits were okay.

      Inconvénients

      There's a dangerous lack of imagination in leadership, who were seemingly caught unprepared for the end of ESSER funding and the market downturn in 2025. Multiple rounds of layoffs have demoralized staff and led to a lot of uncertainty, which is unlikely to improve.
