      Avantages

      I really enjoyed my time working at Cardinal Path. The company is focused on creating the best environment for its employees. Management is always available to listen to concerns and address any issues. They're also flexible with employees shifting teams in the organization and allowing you to expand your skill set. You'll also be working with some of the smartest people in the industry.

      Inconvénients

      Changes happen often and you need to be flexible. Employees also need to be self-motivated and not waiting around for direction from managers. The Digital Analytics team was growing at a much faster rate than the Digital Marketing team, but it's still a great team to be apart of.

      Inconvénients

      part of a really big global org (dentsu) means lots of red tape when it comes to upgrading your laptop or installing software programs your might require

      Avantages

      Atmosphere was great and so we're the people. The willingness to help was always put out there, and the support from teammates was always there...but with caveats. Supper smart people who really know the product and industry. It's unfortunate that we had to part ways.

      Inconvénients

      Working remote was a huge challenge for a few reasons. Onboarding a new employee had no real structure to it. Support from teammates was always based on billable hours (the caveat mentioned above). If the teammate didn't have any billable hours to book towards the project, the support given was very minimal. Processes were all over the place in how things should be done. The whole "too many hands in the cookie jar" saying rang so true, in that project managers would play the middle man for client and OVER project manage. Billable hours were high but actual client work towards those hours was extremely low.

      Thank you for your feedback regarding on-boarding and project management. We always consider and strive to take on-board any comments and feedback as part of our continuous improvement process. In regards to our on-boarding processes, we are in the process of reviewing and overhauling our processes to provide more cohesive and comprehensive on-boarding for both remote and onsite staff. At CP we focused on both efficiency and customer service. We are determined to ensure that we give our customers effective and high quality results from our cross-functional teams of skilled specialists. This will of course include some coordination across teams by our skilled project managers which is important to ensure that we continue to deliver effective solutions that are on-time, within budget, within scope and which are tailored to the clients' specific needs and requirements.
