      Avantages

      Chance to get experience those seeking to get career started. It is a small company, so there is opportunity for cross functional experience between departments.

      Inconvénients

      Company lacks vision, the ability to grow, and an effective management structure that consistently engages and challenge employees. Capable people will quickly outgrow the organization, and should get out as soon as they begin to feel discouraged.

      The company has changed tremendously through the last few years and have new leadership. I believe that, as you would have seen with the latest review. CardLogix has now a much stronger foundation and would provide an improved growth path for an employee for career opportunities with an improved vision / direction for years to come.

      Avantages

      Great people to work with that are passionate about their products/solutions. CardLogix is a small company so there is plenty of opportunity to get some cross functional experience and make an impact.

      Inconvénients

      During my time at CardLogix the company changed direction quite often. But since my departure, the company has taken on new leadership and seems to be doing much better.

      The company is on much better footing and CardLogix looks forward in improving its market presence and introduce new technologies that will be innovative into the Smart Card Solution industry.
