Awesome abillity of being able to buy wholesale vehicles straight from Carmax.
Inconvénients
The company was started as a grassroots business. Have fun, care about your employees and you'll sell cars and live well. Well, the company has changed a LOT a bit since then. They still THINK they are a grass roots org, but now its far more plastic. Bottom line, Carmax got a taste of something great: Success. They thought hell, we can sell a lot of cars by packaging our successful formula and open up a lot of stores across the U.S as quickly as possible. But what they didn't expect is that they would need to hire GOOD managers. What they did was, hire BAD managers. Not always, but for the most part. They grew too big too fast.
