Avantages

I would say i do like most of the people I work with , a couple of execeptions but thats life i guess. managers can be easy to talk to but overall don't really seem to care to much

Inconvénients

I was hired on the sales floor about 3 years ago with promises of advancement and of how much money you can make. Yes you can make alot of money if you want to work 60 hours a week and get lucky . Almost 70 % of customers that walk through the door only want to sell there cars with no interest in buying and you only average buying about 25 % of those because of the appraisals are so low.

Avantages

Remote work, first 2 weeks of the 2 month training, offers sick time before PTO rolls in

Inconvénients

Little to no worklife balance, toxic positivity (like when they called the meeting about taking away our bonuses “exciting news” and tried to gaslight us as to why this was a good thing), extreme micromanagement, listening to our headsets constantly without us knowing, AI rating our metrics, unrealistic expectations, you basically do 4 jobs in one (at Carvana, appraisals / selling, financial applications and documents / EPUs, sales and customer service were ALL DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS.
