Good example of company which have excellent product, but bad owners/management. Good example of how company shouldn’t work or be leaded. There is only owners way or wrong way. People who think differently and are not afraid of sharing their opinion are fired by “mutual agreement”. People are treated like things not as people. No proper leadership, thinking about their employees or benefits. Owners micromanage, don’t trust their specialists, don’t give any flexibility (office work even during corona, precise 9-18 workday, lunch only between 13-14, unpleasant remarks when want to have vacation, flexible lunch time or day off, remarks when you spend too much time in kitchen, owners keep eye on employees via cameras, no remote work, no normal work environment). Normal people don’t last there more than few months. If you are not happy on your current position , go to CRG and you experience what truly toxic environment means. Leaders have had trainings, but they deny problem that can be seen from their own mirrors. This is not comment from disappointed employee, this is constructive feedback from employee who was happy to have such experience. Now I know what signs and leadership to avoid.
