      There can be quite a bit of "I am older, so I am correct". And information about what the exact overall goal is, can be hard to get, and is likely to change, again, without a clear reason why

      Employee access to electrical lab, 3D printers and internal test Robots for private projects and learning.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of clear vision and oversight. New tasks/projects started with unrealisticly short deadlines leading to recurring overtime.
