      Avantages

      the various teams are well organized, Managers have great experience and are well qualified. Scientists are very knowledgeable and have good practical knowledge as well.

      Inconvénients

      One step bellow the managers, the employees are not paid well, lack motivation to stay in the company. Most are smart lads, willing to share their experience and expertise.
