      - High comp and benefits plan - Great and unique solution

      Inconvénients

      Everything else: - No work-life balance - Few senior management are not worthy and don’t appreciate hard work / have an idea how to solve problems but will be there to criticize - Poor HR and culture (arrogant attitude), no values - WFH - forget it

      Avantages

      I learned so much about what it means to be a marketing professional. Everybody was approachable and worth talking to. I'm grateful for this experience. Also, I got 2 paid days off, $30 an hour, and $20 lunch comp once a week.

      Inconvénients

      None honestly. I enjoyed everything.
