      Avantages

      Remote working for everyone and interesting niche product.

      Inconvénients

      Been here awhile. After the haze of a new job things reveal themselves. Not delivering what’s promised on product. Management has an idea what they are doing but no one has scaled something before. Most people are capable but too many mistakes were made along the way. Lacks capacity to change course.

      Avantages

      CAPE was wonderful--great products, good culture, and people that cared about and supported each other. It was a really tough decision to leave and I never would have done it had my current role not come up.

      Inconvénients

      The Moody's acquisition introduces uncertainty--while I'm confident CAPE will manage through it, this creates uncertainty for any company.
