      Avantages

      Fair pay, good PTO, good bonuses, good raises quarterly, good manager and assistant manager who all care and are dedicated to staff and people with disabilities. Office staff all helpful. Very good about work schedules and putting family first.

      Must work in all types of weather.

      Getting to help people with disabilities, good stepping stone into future career options

      Inconvénients

      Crazy amount of driving, not being appreciated for going above and beyond, managers are overworked and cannot adequately support their team
