      Inconvénients

      - La positivité toxique sévit dans cette organisation. - L'organisation se mesure uniquement sur la base du nombre d'inscriptions, ce qui n'entraîne aucune cohérence dans la qualité. - Mise en œuvre constante d'idées semi-cuites

      Avantages

      Great people and a very fun job. Lots of flexibility and a great manager. I really loved this job it was very rewarding.

      Inconvénients

      The leadership could be very disorganized at times for this position as it was a relatively new job. There were a lot of people reporting to one manager so it was difficult to get individual attention.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The organization had undergone a period of transition and alignment to ensure that we are structured to meet our goals, and I'm happy to say that we now have the proper leadership in place to lead each department.
